INSET is an excellent way for teachers to re-skill and up-skill in preparation for the new normal education. It provided the teachers with adequate new knowledge and skills on how to face and overcome challenges especially in this time of pandemic.

        Despite the pandemic, Department of Education has found a means to keep teachers trained by conducting a Virtual Inset. Given the adjustments in the school calendar, the 2021 INSET was scheduled from August 30, 2021 to September 3, 2021.

        This virtual training was attended by teachers and the principal, Ma’am Maria Cristina N. Balbaboco of Sampaloc Site II Elementary School. This was made possible through the teachers’ patience and dedication despite the connectivity and or server issues encountered. Indeed, VINSET Day 1 was a great experience.               By: Jinky R.
