The phrase “capacity building” as widely used by education jargon is any effort made to improve the abilities, skills, and expertise of education as a catalyst in facing a complex and multifaceted endeavor for the coming school year.

Sampaloc Site II Elementary School conducted its School-Based Capacity Building on School Improvement Plan (SIP) and Planning Conference on Learning Recovery Plan (LRP). On July 14, 2022, from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, participated with the Master Teachers, Grade Leaders, Coordinators, Focal Persons, and Project Proponents. Participants, especially the coordinators/focal persons and project proponents, address the status and concerns regarding their projects. Some of the astounding projects were: Walang Iwanan, Create for a Better Tomorrow, Build now: Build for the Future, SSIIES an environmental Saver, I can read the Universe, Math is Cool, Kaklase ko,kasangga ko, Mahal ko, Handog Gantimpala sa Masisipag na Pumasok na bata, Sa piso mo, Scout na ako, BLOOM SSIIES, Iwas Malnutrisyon, Leader in the Future, Ikaw at Ako: Susi sa Pagbabago, Teacher in Excellence and the Hanging Garden in SSIIES. Conforming to the said activity, collaborative efforts of the members assisted the Master Teachers, and the successful crafting of SIP and drafting of the LRP happened at the same time. (Marlene T.
