Under the DepEd Memorandum No. 062 s.2022 re: 2022 Brigada Eskwela implementing guidelines with the theme, Brigada Eskwela: Tugon sa Hamon ng Ligtas na Balik -Aral, BE 2022 will be a full -blown focusing to deliver access to quality education. Comprising the physical aspect of
this endeavor, BE 2022 is Brigada Eskwela sa Paghahanda, which is a couple of weeks of school maintenance and minor to medium repair for the re-opening of face-to-face classes.
By RA 11480, DO No.034 s .2022, the official opening of classes for the school year 2022-2023 will be on Monday, August 22, 2022 thus, DepEd assures the conduct of Brigada Eskwela activities and initiatives that will safely open classes and moderately reintroduce the shift from a blended learning set -up to 5-days of in-person classes, especially with challenges continually posed by the COVID- 19 pandemic along with, inexorable natural disasters.
In response to this, Sampaloc Site II Elementary School hold a Hybrid Kick-Off on August 9, 2022. Highlighting this event was a parade involving teachers, pupils, non-teaching staffs, stakeholders etc., followed by a program featuring the Symbolic Signing of Pledge of Commitment of Stakeholders listed as follows: LGU City Officials -Vice Mayor Joan Villafuerte, Councilor Ryan Yllana, Councilor Atty. Jet Frias, Councilor Raffy Dela Peña; LGU-Barangay-Hon. Paolo Marquez, Kag. Cielo Lazatin, Kag. Sheryl Ortonio-Gonzales, SK Chairman Mariel Tumang, Barangay Tanods, Non -Government Organization-Paranaque katipunero Eagles Club, Star Bonifacio Matikas
Eagles Club NCR VII with the Project Leader Ms. Cristine Manalo, Naked Wolves Riders Anthony John Untalan; Feeding Program and Free Haircutting catered to 50 learners by Tau Gamma Phi/Tau Gamma Sigma Sampaloc Site II Community Chapter, Cleaning and Books Retrieval from the School Custodian done by some volunteers from BFP, PNP Sub Station 5, and The Church of Jesus Christ of latter-Day Saints. “Tara na, Makibrigada na!!!
