Complete basic education is an avenue for all to further education, vocational trainings, and the formal employment as well. Without this, people are at risk to experience extreme poverty. ALS is an education supporting people who, for many reasons, have not received the minimum-desired formal education.                                                         

                 Sampaloc Site II Elementary School rejoiced after the 20 ALS Junior High School has successfully completed their course. These students have top off even amidst the pandemic. Their utmost desire to graduate was their gateway to not give up and continue what they started together with their superb Instructional Manager, Sir Richard A. Sucgang who in turn supported them to fulfil their greatest dream. Among the completers who graduated last October 29, 2021 were Peach Honey Marie Sebastian, Mariel Palima, Mary Rose Padas, Stephanie Grace Oliverio, Ayhissa Oliverio, Mary Joy Montiano, Cherry Llano, Reziel Francisco, Nancy Dicdican, Minda Danao, Alma Castañas, Arlyn Bataycan, Josie Alia, Michelle Alag, Emelyn Gamar, Francis Martinico, Joshua Marcos, Christopher Bahian, John Rex Ocaba and Alex Angay-Angay
