VISION We dream to attain a drug-free society and produce morally upright and law-abiding individuals who will stand strong against prohibited drugs.
MISSION SSIIES desires to institutionalize BKD where: Pupils are enlightened on prohibited drugs and their ill effects thus, choose to live happily and participate actively in all the programs and other worthwhile activities in school and community; Pupils, parents, school administration and community converge to educate our pupils to say no to drugs.
rationale
BLOOM SSIIES is an institutionalized Barkada Kontra Droga of Sampaloc Site II Elementary School. This is a league of young people in school who help encourage their peers to say no to drugs and other related activities. Furthermore, engage to a healthy, worthwhile and productive endeavor. The creation of this program confirms the school’s support to the government’s plight to fight against illegal substances. BLOOM, as the school’s battle cry is supported by pupils, non-teaching staffs, teachers, principal and community.

Integrate BKD Programs in curriculum and instruction
Promote BKD-BLOOM Barkadahan concept to counter drug addiction in the community
Develop leadership skills/potentials among teachers and pupils.
Strengthen partnership with external stakeholders
Develop brotherhood and friendship among pupils and teachers to establish trust and confidence with each other
Promote drug-free and tobacco free school by organizing worthwhile activities like BKD Liga etc.
